As Christmas fast approaches, we wanted to take a moment to give a brief update on our continuing efforts with regards to keeping Clients as safe as possible during the continuing COVID-19 landscape.

Following the emergence of the new and largely unknown Omicron variant, new measures came into force in England at 4am on Tuesday to help slow the spread.  The majority of these new measures are solely in relation the mandatory wearing of masks in shops and on public transport again.  At the present time, not a great deal is known about the variant, but as always we remain poised for new information, guidance and advice from Public Health England, the Local Authority and our regulator CQC.

As a company we will (as we have been throughout the pandemic) follow recommendations set out relating to the Health and Care sector and all of our care will continue to be delivered by staff wearing full PPE which includes mouth and eye protection.

All of our care staff are doubly vaccinated and in the process of receiving their booster jabs, and will continue to be tested at regular intervals. We also adhere to guidance and our staff isolate if instructed to do so.

Our main commitment as always is towards the safety and welfare of our staff and service users.
