As the lockdown continues (albeit for some small concessions from today), we are conscious that everything might feel a little bit unpredictable right now, but rest assured, we’re still here, providing the services that our clients rely on, so we can be counted on during this uncertain time.

As many of you may be aware, the Prime Minister made some slight ‘tweaks’ to lockdown rules, one of these being that individuals can now travel to meet a single member of another household in a public space whilst still adhering to social distancing rules.

Because of this concession, and the consequence of such which means a slight increase in contact amoungst individuals in public, we have taken the decision to ensure that all staff are to wear face masks and visors for all care with immediate effect.

This is purely a precautionary measure taken by us to safeguard clients and their families, and nothing to cause alarm.  It does not indicate that any members of staff are at additional risk to clients, or that the COVID-19 virus is prevalent amongst staff and/or clients.

If any clients or their families have any concerns, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to answer any questions.

Our clients role in this fight should not be underestimated. We’re all growing tired of the lockdown, but clients exceptional cooperation with the measures so far has helped keep infection rates in the region relatively low, so please, let’s all continue to pull together as we have been doing and keep everyone as safe as possible.
